Together Pangea, the California-based post-punk quartet known for their spirited live shows and thought-provoking lyrics, has returned with their latest EP, Misery. Released on September 13, 2024, this four-track collection digs into the complexities of the human psyche, exploring themes of anxiety, depression, and the search for meaning. Misery marks a departure from the band's previous, more aggressive sound. While still retaining their signature blend of punk and indie rock, the EP showcases a more inward-looking and harmonizing side of Together Pangea. The songs are characterized by their ambient sound environment, soul-stirring melodies, and frontman William Keegan's powerful vocals.

This 4 tracks on this EP include "Ativan," "Voice In My Head," "Lost," and "Misery." After listening to these tunes, I am quite excited to see if there will be a full album released soon! The EP was produced by the band themselves, allowing them to maintain complete creative control over the sound. The production is powerful and organic, with a focus on capturing the energy and intensity of the live performances. The mixing and mastering are expertly done, resulting in a rich and dynamic soundscape. Misery has received critical acclaim from both fans and critics alike.
