The Black Keys, known for their raw rock energy and blues style, have announced significant updates regarding their tour plans and management, amidst the release of their latest album "Ohio Players."

The duo, comprising of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, initially planned a North American arena tour to support their new album. However, in a surprising turn of events, the tour was canceled to be replaced with performances in smaller, more intimate venues. The band took to social media to reassure fans, stating, "We're alive and well, just looking forward to getting back to what we love most - playing raw, electric, and intimate shows for you." Ticket holders are promised full refunds and priority access to new show announcements.

In another development, The Black Keys have parted ways with their long-time managers, Irving Azoff and Steve Moir. The split was described as amicable, with the band expressing gratitude for their previous collaboration. "We've had an incredible run with Irving and Steve, but we feel it's time for a new chapter," said the band in a joint statement.

"Ohio Players," released in April 2024, has been a focal point for the band this year. The album, which includes tracks like "Beautiful People (Stay High)" and a cover of "I Forgot to Be Your Lover," has been met with mixed reviews. Despite the setbacks, The Black Keys remain focused on their music and fans. They have hinted at upcoming shows and released a song on October 4, 2024. The track Mi Tormenta features Danny Lux. The band succeeds on multi cultural magic. This song being both English and Spanish lyrics with a mellow vibe.
