"A True Brotherhood"

Two kick-ass brothers, Jake and Jamin Orrall, out of Nashville, Tennessee, are the masterminds behind the mind-bending band Jeff The Brotherhood. These dudes have cooked up a unique blend of pop punk vibes, psychedelic twists, and garage rock grit that'll be talked about for some time in the Nashville music scene.

Born into a music-savvy family, with their old man being the legendary producer/singer/songwriter Robert Ellis Orrall, it's no wonder the Orrall brothers were destined for greatness. They released their first album back in 2001, diving headfirst into various music projects before zeroing in on Jeff The Brotherhood and hitting the road to rock the USA.

Things really took off for the band in 2009 with the release of their album "Heavy Days." They kept the momentum going with more releases, getting major props for their jams and even teaming up with heavy hitters like Best Coast and Jack White's Third Man Records.

In 2011, Not only did the band release the album “We Are The Champions,” but it was in 2011 JEFF the Brotherhood and their family label, Infinity Cat Recordings, signed a deal with Warner Music Group that would give them "substantial creative control," as well as wider distribution. This was not your average Warner Music deal! This deal gave the band the ability to maintain a presence in both labels.

The crew teamed up with Dan Auerbach of “The Black Keys” to produce their studio album and first album on Warner Bros. Records, “Hypnotic Nights.” The album was recorded at Dan's Easy Eye Sound Studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Released on July 17, 2012, this album was a massive success, the song “Six Pack” would go on to be one of the band's most popular songs, being featured in films and video games and garnering more than 2 million plays on Spotify alone.

The music biz isn't always smooth sailing, and on February 17, 2015, the band announced that Warner Brothers had dropped them from their label deal. The band was set to release their second album for Warner Bros on March 10, 2015. The crew quickly bounced back and released “Wasted on the Dream” on March 24, 2015 with their Infinity Cat.

This album features guest contributions from heavy-hitting artists Jack Lawrence, Bethany Cosentino, Evan Bird, and Emmett Miller. Notable that all these guys play in other successful bands.

The band took off on tour and by November of the crew released their second album of 2015 “Global Chakra Rhythms. These albums are proof of the high level of dedication within Jeff The Brotherhood. In the summer of 2016, they released zones and got back out on the road.

By 2018 the Brothers had released the album “Magic Songs” and Expanded their crew into a five-piece band. The band kicked off the celebration tour at The Basement East in Nashville Tennessee. It was shortly after that tour that the brothers would leave the music city of Nashville.

2020 came and COVID hit. Jamin left for California and found a career in puppetry. Jake moved to New Orleans and continued to work on music, creating a new label “Earthbound sound.” The new label would serve as a platform for Jeff the Brotherhood.

The two brothers would come together again releasing in 2022 yet another magical piece of work. A truly psychedelic EP “Ye Olde… Captures the micro moments of time, something very reminiscent of Jimi Hendrix. The guys got together for some Nashville shows and we haven’t heard much from them since.

This band has achieved great success, Jake and Jamin Orrall have worked on some incredible projects and tours. These brothers have stayed true to their passion for music, and who knows what surprises they've got up their sleeves next. We can’t wait to see what comes next for The Brotherhood.
