Today we dive into the world of music and take a closer look at Mo Lowda & the Humble. These guys are a self-produced indie rock band hailing from Philadelphia, wielding a gritty rock and roll sound that will keep your head moving. This crew is the real deal, touring non stop cranking out over 90 shows a year.

Throwing it back to their roots, Mo Lowda & the Humble came together during their high school years, cutting their teeth at basement parties, grad bashes, and local jams. They kept the rock train rolling through their college years, honing their sound and building a solid fan base in their hometown of Philadelphia - these guys bleed Philly pride! In a 2018 interview with Music Box Pete, The band expressed their love for what they call “Fishtown,” a neighborhood in Philadelphia that homes a great deal of the cities music scene.

Farther getting to know their musical influences, Mo Lowda & the Humble draw inspiration from the psychedelic sounds of the '60s and '70s, channeling vibes from bands like My Morning Jacket and Local Natives. We first found out about these guys from their debut album "Curse The Weather" in 2013. This album turned heads with its standout track "The Way Home," setting the stage for their rise in the scene.

Mo Lowda’s Audiotree performance in 2015 was one of true beauty. Followed by the 2016 Ep release “Act Accordingly” hitting the bones with the writing on the song “No One Stops.”Around this time Jeff Lucci took on the position of bass player when the former player decided to part ways with the band.

In 2017, Mo Lowda & the Humble unleashed the single "Standing in Place," followed by their second album "Creatures" in 2018, propelling them into a whirlwind of touring, festival appearances, and music video releases. The release of "Ready Coast" in 2020 elevated their dreamy sound to new heights, fueling an unstoppable fire that drove them on extensive tours like never before.

.The amount of singles and EPs this band has released in their career is a story on its own, receiving praise from many publications. When 2022 came around the band showcased their catalog with another revealing live album “Even On The Weekend”

It was on March 3, 2023, Mo Lowda & The Humble made their most recent release. This self-titled album would be their 4th studio album, presenting the world with 12 new songs to add to the collection.
