Coming out of Everett, Washington - Jeremy DeBardi, known as the bare-chested rocker of Steel Beans, is enjoying a sudden ride to stardom after his solo act went viral on social media platforms.
DeBardi, 34, has been a part of Everett's local music scene for 15 years, playing in bars and clubs around the county. His one-man band performances, where he plays guitar, drums, and sings simultaneously, caught the attention of thousands online.
The video clip of DeBardi jamming out to his original songs went viral on Instagram and quickly spread to other platforms, garnering over 247,000 likes and more than 7,500 comments. Celebrities like Anderson Paak, Dweezil Zappa, and Lenny Kravitz took notice of his talent and started following his page.
His internet fame coincided with his first-ever tour in October, where he experienced fans lining up for hours to take selfies with him. DeBardi, who still maintains his day job mowing lawns, is now working on an album and planning a massive tour with offers coming in from around the world.
The name Steel Beans, his band's moniker, comes from a story of stealing baked beans from a local Safeway years ago. Despite his newfound fame, DeBardi remains grounded and committed to his music, as he continues to write songs every day.
The unexpected pop boosted a well-deserved artist, from 2007 to 2024 DeBardi has released twelve albums and multiple EP’s and Singles. With his most recent single being released on September 29, 2022. Steel Beans is currently on the road and showing off the unique creative drive that had made the band and Debardi a well known act and a standout in the music industry. For Debardi, He plans to invest back into the Everett music scene and stay connected to his roots as he continues to tour write and produce new music.
