Alright, folks, today we're delving into the wild journey of Fly Golden Eagle, led by the enigmatic Ben Trimble. Straight outta Downriver Detroit, Ben's music roots span from gospel to honky tonk, morphing into the groovy, psychedelic rock and roll vibe that embodies Fly Golden Eagle.

In the early 2000s, Ben strutted into Nashville in a snazzy gold suit, captivating crowds at intimate gigs and local hotspots. Linking up with the band Majestico, Ben went on to a found his musical tribe, eventually forming the core lineup of Fly Golden Eagle with keyboardist Mitch Jones, bassist Matt Shaw, and drummer Richard Harper.

Their 2011 debut album, "Swagger," was just the tip of the iceberg as Fly Golden Eagle swiftly made waves in the Nashville underground scene, sharing the stage with heavy hitters like J. Roddy Walston and the Business. Their knockout track "Psyche's Dagger" continues to captivate minds with a whopping 5.5 million streams on Spotify alone.

The band hit their stride with the intricate double album "Quartz," produced by Alabama Shakes' Andrija Tokic. Catching the eye of ATO Records, "Quartz" saw a national release in 2015, igniting a tour that rattled music scenes far and wide.

Breaking away from ATO Records, Fly Golden Eagle launched their own label, Soft Junk/Blacktooth Records. Their triumphant 2020 release, "Leprechaun's Milk," stirred excitement among their devoted fanbase.

Fast forward to 2021, Fly Golden Eagle dropped a double single, "Almond Milk," on limited edition 7" vinyl - talk about a groovy vibe! Teaming up in 2023 with artist BOONE for "Cloud Atlas," fans were left hungry for more, sparking rumors of a full album in the works.
